Aberdeen Overseas Properties Ltd. (AOPL) have been operating
since 2000 providing a personal service to clients looking to
buy a property in Spain. Our associate Spanish based Real Estate
business (AOP), is located in the southern Costa Blanca between
Alicante and Murcia airports and conducts FREE personalised
inspection visits for clients introduced through
Aberdeen Overseas Properties Ltd and UK sub agents.
We offer both new, resale and off-plan property and
have contracts with many builders and developers in
the region. In addition, we offer a wide selection
of bank repossessed and distressed properties for
sale through our well established network.
The co mpany has been a member of FOPDAC (The Federation of
Overseas Property Developers Agents and Consultants) for over
three years. FOPDAC has recently merged with the NAEA (National
Association of Estate Agents) and AOPL is now and "overseas"
member of this association.
We help you to find your ideal property in selected overseas
locations where we have already gained extensive knowledge and
have approved overseas based associates who operate with our own
philosophy of helping you find the right property and who are
NOT a hard sell organisations. Our service is free but we do
earn commission from the vendor of the property you may decide
to purchase.
We can assist with arranging flights and accommodation to suit
your personal tastes and schedule, transport you around the
region subject to your requirements. Our intention is to make
your Inspection Visit to Spain and other countries as
informative and enjoyable as possible. We want you to be
satisfied that you've made the right decision when investing
your money in an overseas property .
Although we can guide you through the entire buying process, we
always recommend using the services of an INDEPENDENT solicitor
when embarking upon the purchase process in any country. If you
don't want to look for a solicitor yourself, we can provide
contact details for a few firms of solicitors, whom previous and
existing clients have used. We do not receive any commission or
introduction fees from these solicitors.
Our current offer to any Spanish property buyer purchasing a new
property via our services, is a €500 (£300GBP) refund upon completion.
This is intended to cover visit expenses and to leave you free
from the obligations that may be present during regimented
subsidised inspection trips. Our new and off-plan properties
offered are at builders list prices.
