Our viewing trips are relaxed, informative, personalised to your needs
and not at all "regimented" .
All
you need to do is to arrange your flights from the UK to either Alicante or Murcia and
some accommodation. Then we look after you during your
stay in Spain while you are looking for property. There
are several airlines offering
budget cost flights
to these destinations all year round. We’d be delighted to help you
with finding suitable flights and accommodation to suit your personal
preferences. We'll refund up to £300 if you complete the purchase
of a property (which is not a bank repossession or distressed sale
property) through our services. Please send us your

Typical inspection visit maybe as follows: (subject to your
 personal requirements)
Day
1:
(am or early pm) When you reach the arrivals area at Alicante or Murcia
airports, we'll take you to your
accommodation to check-in. We'll then take you on a tour of the areas
and view properties that you have shown an interest in.
Day 2: Continue tour of areas and properties then verify prices and
availability of any specific properties that maybe of interest to
you. Visit Independent solicitors and banks if a suitable property
has been identified. Break for lunch (In a local restaurant /
café)
Day 3:
(exact itinerary will depend upon your intentions and your return flight
schedule). Check out of hotel, re-visit solicitor/ bank or apply
for your NIE number(s). p.m: Transport to airport for your return
flight. If you have not found a property but like a particular area,
we'll continue to search for you and send you details of suitable
properties when they become available.
 NB:
The above itinerary is a general guideline. Some itineraries may vary
due to flight arrival/departure times and individuals circumstances. At
no time will you be under sales pressure to proceed with making a
reservation. We still maintain close contact with the majority of
our previous clients.
The cost of a return flight for up to two people up to £300 is
refundable of upon completion of purchase of a property through AOP/Aberdeen
Overseas Properties Ltd.
If you are taking an inspection visit with the intention of buying,
you should be in a position to pay a €3,000 euro “reservation deposit”
should you find a suitable property. This can be accomplished using your
credit card but you should contact your bank/credit card company in
advance to let them know you may be debiting such a large amount. This deposit is generally non-refundable. You will then be at the stage of
proceeding with the purchase of your property in Spain.
