The Hacienda Del Alamo development is built around a championship golf course designed
by Dave Thomas, with an additional 18 hole course to
follow. Reportedly some of the best quality
greens in Spain. This resort offers perhaps the best
quality properties in the area with a low
density build and attention to detail. Many
facilities including a Golf Academy which
offers a driving range and a six hole practice
course providing low cost golf practise for all

Construction works
have now started at the Corvera Golf & Country Club site since
obtaining the final building licences. Current availability
is only OFF-PLAN . Delivery of Phase 1 is
anticipated for summer 2009 with Phase 2 in the autumn and the third
phase in 2010. This resort is set in some of the most tranquil and
picturesque countryside in the Murcia region. The development offers an 18 hole Dave Thomas designed course and with
the DeVere Hotel Group involved with the project this has got
to be one of the best golf offers in the region. The new Corvera
airport is planned for completion in around 2011. |

Being the only desert
style golf course in Europe, this low density
development is situated in the northern part of
the Costa Almeria near Villaricos, Vera and
Garrucha and only a 10 minutes
drive to the coast. The resort has been
developed with scrupulous attention to detail
and quality which sets it apart from other resorts in
the region. It is owned and supervised by a large UK
based development group. Several sporting
"celebrities" including Sir Ian Botham and Daley
Thompson have purchased a property at the
resort, endorsing it's distinctive appeal. You

La Finca golf course is ideally located half way
between Alicante and Murcia airports near the
village of Algorfa. The golf course offers 18
holes + 1, each hole designed by the prestigious
Spanish designer Pepe Gancedo. It is a course
with generous fairways and spectacular greens
and has already been used for a number of
championship matches over the last couple of
years. The development offers a range or
properties from apartments to luxury villas and
is situated some 15 minutes drive to the coast
starting from around €140.000. The impressive
club house and 5 Star hotel are in the final

Las Ramblas golf course, has been
developed on a steep terrain
surrounded by watercourses. The
vegetation surrounding the course is
formed primarily of Mediterranean
pines that create an unforgettable
backdrop for the course.
Furthermore, the course offers
magnificent views of the
Mediterranean Sea from many
locations. The development offers a
range of apartments and villas, many
with golf course views. The beach of
La Zenia is only a 5 minutes drive with St
Javier (Murcia) airport being about a 20 minute

Polaris World Resorts offer six resorts in the
area between the city of Murcia and the Mar
Menor Coastline and probably the largest golf
development in Europe at Condado de Alhama just
inland from Mazarron. These resorts offer a wide
range of properties to suit all budgets with

one bedroom "golf suite". The resort is about 15
minutes drive from the beaches in the Puerto de
Mazarron and Bol Nuevo areas. The historic city
of Cartagena is only a 25 minutes drive from the
